ALTURA

Altura is a mixed use low impact development subdivision that will offer a variety of residential products along with a commercial/retail center.

The community wil be anchored by a wellness center and spa to be located on the high point of the tract thus offering spectacular views of the French Broad River and surrounding area.

Total build-out of the development is anticipated to include approximately 600 units on 100 acres.

The development density will result in the preservation of large natural areas to be placed in permanent conservation.
