Altura Communities, Woodfin, NC – Staff Engineer, Prepared documents for permitting of water distribution, wastewater collection systems, and erosion control measures for the 100+ acre mixed-use development. Involved in the stormwater BMP designs and construction administration for the sewer system.
Burke County Water System Master Planning1, Burke County, NC – Staff Engineer, part of a team that investigated the Burke County water system and prepared a comprehensive Capital Improvements Plan that required consensus building between several water providers.
City of Asheville Back-Up Power Improvements for Pump Stations1, Asheville, NC - Construction Administration for over 20 pump stations that the City of Asheville indentified for improvements.
