STONEBROOK AT RUSH CREEK

Stonebrook at Rush Creek is a low impact minor subdivision located in the eastern part of Buncombe County.

The community is anchored by a community center that includes a barn with stables, an outdoor kitchen, picnic tables and open space overlooking Rush Creek and the Broad River.

This development holds the distinction of being the first project in Buncomeb County to be approved under the new (2007) stormwater ordinance.

The development density is limited to 14 estate lots served by individual well and septic.
