The University of North Carolina at Asheville comprehensive parking pavement study was prepared in order to evaluate current pavement conditions, determine if parking fees were adaquate to cover maintenance costs, and predict the needs of the network for the next twenty years.

The final document included an Excel based model capable of being calibrated to empirical data and thus more closely reflect and predict actual conditions.
